Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your watch, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

The watch must be unworn beyond trying it on, with its original packaging. Contact support@aldenvar.com first; we will send the return instructions.

12-month movement warranty. If the movement stops keeping time within 12 months of delivery under normal use, we replace the watch. Water damage and broken crystals from impact are not covered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
